Essay

The given dissertation is regarded as the first systematic research devoted to the principle of freedom of natural person in the civil law of Ukraine. The first issue deals with gnosiological aspect of the idea of natural person's freedom components of the such category as "freedom of natural person" and namely: liberty, juridical equality, juridical autonomy, inalienability, option. In the second part the question of transformation of the idea of freedom into the principle of freedom of natural person is considered.
