Kushnarev I. Anti-corruption policy of the modern state: theoretical and comparative description

The thesis is devoted to systemic analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of the creation and realization of anti-corruption policy of the modern state. The main theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the nature of corruption are disclosed, concept, criteria typology of corruption and classification corruption are formulated, the causes and conditions of corrupt practices are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the anti-corruption strategy and tactics as a structural elements of anti-corruption policy; strategic and tactical characteristics of anti-corruption activity in different legal systems; directions of anti-corruption policies at the international level.
