Essay

It is shown that the clinical significance has only the dynamics NT-proBNP, and absolute levels of biomarker in patients with CHF are unimportant to determine the severity of heart failure. Dynamics of NT-pro BNP is associated with age, gender, initial heart size according to echocardiography, the usage of ACE-inhibitors and ?-blockers. It is proved, that the standard therapy in the treatment of HF in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy provides a significant positive impact on the data echocardiography and Holter ECG monitoring compared to patients with IHD.
