The thesis is devoted to optimization of diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure in 160 patients with recurrent myocardial infarctions. The influence of such drugs as Mononitrosyd ate and Corvitin on the clinical course of the disease. It was established that the use of Mononitrosyd and Corvitin on the basis of basic therapy leads to a significant improvement of clinical symptoms, increases exercise tolerance, improves myocardial contractility, reduces the production of natriuretic peptide, normalizes the blood levels of nitric oxide.
