Gabchak R. Sanatorium-resort rehabilitation of patients with ureterolithiasis after operative treatment

Researches are based on the analysis of results of treatment of 139 patients with ureterolithiasis in the resort Truskavets and on the retrospective analysis of 200 case histories. Dissertation is sanctified to the increase of efficiency of rehabilitation of patients with urolithiasis in the postoperative period by optimization of term of beginning of sanatorium-resort therapy and reasonable application of mineral water "Naftusya" with the plant-based preparation of Canephron Н for patients with urolithiasis, complicated by a chronic pyelonephritis and additionally UHF-therapy and phonophoresis with hydrocortisone for patients with the disease, complicated by chronic pyelonephritis and ureterohydronephrosis I degree.The calculosis obstruction of ureter and complication of the urolithiasis are resulted to the considerable changes of blood circulation and the kidney's function. The application of mineral water "Naftusya" in patients with uncomplicated urolithiasis resulted to renewal of blood circulation, the kidney's function and prevent of relapse urolithiasis in 97,1% of patients during 12 months after completion of sanatory treatment. The application of mineral water "Naftusya" in patients with urolithiasis, complicated by a chronic pyelonephritis, resulted in renewal of blood circulation, and the kidney's function that prophylactic of the intensifying of chronic pyelonephritis in 70% patients during 12 months after completion of sanatory treatment. The application of mineral water "Naftusya" and combined plant-based preparation of Canephron Н in patients with urolithiasis, complicated by the chronic pyelonephritis promotes positive influence of balneotherapy and prevents the intensifying of chronic pyelonephritis in 90,9% of patients. The application of mineral water "Naftusya" in patients with urolithiasis, complicated by a chronic pyelonephritis and ureterohydronephrosis resulted in the improvement of blood circulation, the kidney's function that prevents the development of stenosis of ureter and development of acute pyelonephritis in 78,6% of patients during 12 months after completion of sanatory treatment. The application of mineral water "Naftusya" and combined plant-based preparation of Canephron Н, UHF-therapy and phonophoresis with hydrocortisone in patients with urolithiasis, complicated by a chronic pyelonephritis and ureterohydronephrosis brought to prevent of development of acute pyelonephritis and stenosis of ureters in 94,4 % of patients.
