The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical regulations and practical recommendations concerning mechanisms of innovative development management of public food consumption enterprises. The basic legal forms of public food consumption enterprises are considered. The essence of concept of innovation and innovative management are highlighted in the sphere of public food consumption. The basic principles of legal regulation of public food consumption enterprises development are determined.Methodological approaches to strategy of innovative development management of public food consumption enterprises forming are generalized, where components of organizational and managerial mechanism are determined as marketing, management and scientific achievements. The estimation of market development on public food consumption services on the basis of which competitive status of Lviv region public food consumption enterprises is formed as well as their management system forming on the basis of communicative strategy is offered.The priority directions of improvement of innovative development management of public food consumption enterprises for future, in particular on the basis of world experience mechanism of interrelation of its basic instruments where the importance of investing resources is determined while constructing innovative strategies and conception of innovative development management of economic subjects in the sphere of public food consumption.
