Makarova Z. Constitutional and legal status of the head of the Government. Comparative legal aspects.

The reseach work deals with the comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of the constitutional and legal status of the head of government, the definition of its place and role in the the system of higher state power and coverage problems arising during its regulations. The author formulated the concept of the constitutional and legal status of the head of government and defined its structural components, revealed a main factor of influence as a form of government on the status of head of government, conducted comparative legal analysis of the constitutional law of foreign countries, defining its legal status, offered suggestions for improvement constitutional and legal regulation of the status of the Prime Minister of Ukraine and theoretical conclusions that can be the basis for further development of the theory of constitutional law in Ukraine.
