Thesis deals with the theoretical institutional and legal framework of ecologic legislation systematization in Ukraine nowadays. In the paper it is analyzed the legal nature of this sectoral systematization of legislation, defined goals and objectives, principles and functions of such systematization. Also it is studied in detail the internal and external legal factors of systematization activities in the field of ecologic legislation in Ukraine.
