Essay

It was established that the quality of life after kidney transplantation is comparable with healthy people and much better as compared to hemodialysis. Kidney transplant dysfunction and associated anemia, arterial hypertension and proteinuria are playing a dominant role in the structure of the adverse outcomes of transplants in the late postoperative period. The more late start of renal allograft dysfunction after transplantation correlate with the more time it takes till complete loss of allograft function from the starting point and come back to hemodialysis.
