The object - condensed derivatives based on 4-iminothiazolidone-2; the purpose - thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-ones synthesis, their transformations studying and biological actions evaluation; the methods - organic synthesis, NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, pharmacological screening, QSAR analysis, molecular docking; the results - the efficient synthetic approach has been developed and 116 novel thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-ones were obtained, their structures were confirmed, physical-chemical properties were studied and biological actions were evaluated. 28 compounds with low toxicity and enhanced biological action were identified.; introduced - in scientific and training process; industry - pharmacy.
