Essay

The thesis provides new approach to venous reconstruction in living donor liver transplantation of left lateral section, based on donor and recipient venous anatomy.Four portal reconstruction methods and three hepatic veins reconstruction methods where proposed and applied, results where analyzed. Algorithm of vein reconstruction grounded on study of donor and recipient venous method selection was developed.
