Shamileva E. Using of working potential in a context of providing enterprises profits

The object of research is the process of using the labor potential for providing the benefits of tourism enterprises. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical elements of effective use of the labor potential of tourism enterprises. This research was made on the basis of use of theoretical synthesis, system analysis, the dialectical method, grouping and classifying knowledge, graphical method, expert assessments, and economic and mathematical modeling. Dissertation work is devoted to the improvement of theoretical, scientific and practical regulations, the development of methodological bases and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the labour potential in the context of the benefits of the enterprise. The classification of the benefits from efficient use of the labor potential of the enterprises is offered. According to which the benefits are systematized in dependence of type of economic agents and the level of the enterprise environment. The sscientific - methodical toolkit that allows to assess the benefits of tourism enterprises from the increasing the effectiveness of using labor potential of enterprises on the basis of constructing a matrix of deviations of compliance personnel competency needs of customers was developed. Process of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of the labor potential in terms of the specifics of the tourism enterprises based on the construction of the matrix compliance personnel competency needs of customers tourism enterprise was improved. Sequence of stages of the formation of motivation on the tourist enterprise, which assumes that the components of the payment for the work and their size can be combined depending on the qualifications of the employee, was justified. Scientific results of the study are used in the activities of tourism enterprises, such as, LLC "RRC RA" Crimea AVTOTUR "TK"Sparta Crimea", PJSC "Kiy Avia Crimea." Some theoretical and methodological developments have been used in the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Finance of Crimea, Crimean Republican center of employment in the development plan of the Strategy of economic and social development of Crimea 2011-2020.
