Morozova O. Intellectual property rights for performance

In the thesis there is investigated performance as an object of allied rights. Besides that the circle of subjects of intellectual property rights for performance is defined. There is also formulated the concept of "performance", its kinds and forms are considered. The legal nature of subjects of intellectual property rights for performance is investigated and it is offered to classify them into groups. The personal non-property and property intellectual rights for performance are analysed in the thesis. The peculiarities of execution of agreements on performance creation and agreements on disposal of intellectual property are defined. It is suggested to legislate the concept "rider" as an inalienable part of an agreement on creation of performance by order or an agreement on organization of performance or agreement on presentation of a performer. In the research there are defined the forms and methods of legal regulation of protection of rights for performance. Also the topical issues of protection of rights for performance are considered and the ways of their solution are offered.
