The Thesis provides for the comprehensive research dedicated to the permissibility and appropriateness of the corporate criminal liability introduction. A notion of the legal entity concept is developed as well. A comparative analysis of both the Ukrainian and foreign criminal legislation provisions referred to the corporate criminal liability, as well as the relevant international law prescriptions is provided.
