The dissertation is a complex scientific research on criminal liability issues related to the medical employees for committing crimes against person's life and health. Historical and foreign experience of criminal liability for violating medical employees' obligations are reflected in the script, analyses of crime structures under Articles 131, 132, 134, 139-145 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is conducted, issues of the named crimes' penalization aree exeamined.
