Dissertation is sanctified to the increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with an eczema by determination of features of clinical motion of the state of peripheral circulation of blood, finding out of his role at development of dermatosis and application of facilities of therapeutic correction of the set violations.It is set that for patients with a microbal, veritable and varicose eczema is observed segmented disbalance of the functional state of circulation of blood of overhead extremities, that consists in maintenance of him physiology possibilities in a subarmpit artery and oppression in humeral, ulnar and radial arteries.It is well-proven that for patients with an eczema, regardless of clinical motion of dermatosis, total(in the superficial artery of thigh, popliteal, front and back large tibial arteries) character of changes of vascularization of lower limbs is marked.It is shown that the combined application of allopathic and antihomotoxic facilities allows substantially to promote efficiency of treatment of patients with the microbal and veritable forms of eczema as an improvement of the nearest results of treatment and reduction of amount of relapses and their expressiveness.
