Object of research - assessment of environmental and economic efficiency of woodworking enterprises. The purpose of research - deepening theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis, evaluation and prediction of environmental and economic efficiency of woodworking enterprises. Research methods - system, dialectic, factor, comparative, economic, statistical and graphical analysis; the game theory, econometric modeling, extrapolation and scenarios. Scientific novelty of research results. First assessed the environmental and economic efficiency of woodworking enterprises activities and econometric models have been developed for assessing the environmental and economic efficiency as well as science-based prediction of its indicators have been designed. Improved methodical approaches to the study of environmental and economic aspects of woodworking enterprises activities as a parts of the industry, that is - used factor analysis and identified environmental and economic benefits of the country's foreign trade in timber. Further developed: the nature and meaning of environmental and economic efficiency of production and business activities enterprises and grounding value of woodworking enterprises in the formation of economic development. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and applied principles of assessment of environmental and economic efficiency of wood processing enterprises and predict its performance using game theory and econometric modeling are founded. Level of application: results of applying limited liability company 'Yaz'm' and subsidiary enterprise "Strylisoprodukt" for environmental and economic analysis of industrial enterprises activities and assessment and prediction of environmental and economic efficiency based on game theory and econometric modeling. Some results of research are used in teaching of such educational disciplines 'Economic and mathematical models of planning and management', 'The theory of production efficiency and technological advance' at the Ukraine National Forestry University.
