Essay

The thesis contains the results of theoretical and experimental study of the problem of metrological knowledge and skills formation in future teachers of technologies. It was proved that the introduction of the discipline "Basics of metrology" into the curriculum of Bachelor's speciality 6.01010301 "Technological education" is necessary for improvement of metrological knowledge and skills formation. The discipline is studied at the first year; it consists of two ECTS credits and lays the foundation for further development of metrological knowledge and skills of students in the process of studying of technological disciplines and general physics. The discipline program is developed and introduced in educational process, as well as the system of laboratory works in basics of metrology, teaching methodology, and appropriate informational and methodical support of the discipline.
