Shkurko M. Clinico-immunologicаl features of cerebrovasсular diseases with atherosclerotic genesis

The dissertation presents a theoretical justification and new scientific problem solving to improve diagnostic approaches to the complicated cerebral atherosclerosis based on a comprehensive clinico -neurological, neuropsychological and immunological investigations. As a result of the work specified additional diagnostic criteria of the development and progression of complicated cerebral atherosclerosis predictors were determined; among them are immunological determinants (CD20 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD16 +, CD56 +, CD95 +, CIC, INF-gama, IL-1, IL-6, IL-4) that are activated in chronic bronchitis, chronic pyelonephritis, inflammatory diseases of the joints, the infection caused by HSV6, HSV7, C.pneumoniae, mixed infection, anxiety-depressive disorders. They allow to individualise therapeutic and diagnostic approaches to the cerebrovascular diseases with atherosclerotic origination.
