A study of 244 patients with complicated DFS took part in the research, they were examined and operated in the city's septic center with beds for DFS for period of 2008-2013 years. In the study group (169 patients) conducted a comprehensive study tool hemodynamics (including USDG and LDF), clinical and laboratory examination and treatment by the algorithm. Improving surgical treatment of complicated DFS has increased the frequency of execution "minor" amputations from 10,7 % to 28,4 % ( 2=9,2; P<0,05) and the frequency of resistance to preserve the lower extremity of the 78 operated patients, 78,7 % to 95,3 % ( 2=16,1; P<0,05), which allowed to improve the quality of life and social adjustment of patients.
