Essay

The dissertation deals with the questions of prevention of placental dysfunction in obese pregnant women. The indices of haemostasis, of a lipidogrammy and functional state of the trophoblastic-decidual complex, and their specific characteristics have been studied, depending on the detected genotypes and haplotypes of genes ACE and PAI-1. It has been established that gravidas with obesity are carriers of the gene ACE DD-genotype and 4G allele of PAI-1 gene forming a group at high risk for the development of placental dysfunction. A complex of prophylactic measures to be used in the early terms of gestation in gravidas with obesity has been elaborated, taking into account the detection pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of placental dysfunction. The introduction of particular method has enabled to reduce the occurrence of placental dysfunction three times, whereas gestoses – 1,83 times with a tendency to wards a predomination of mild form in gravidas with obesity.
