Dissertation is devoted to solving the actual problem Pathophysiology - based on a study of domination damage, biochemical and immunological mechanisms of the development of pyoinflammatory complications in combined jaw-brain trauma, developed prognostic criteria and future directions pharmacocorrection of pyoinflammatory complications, and point them to the therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of Erbisol . Study of the effectiveness Erbisol with pyoinflammatory complications of simulated injury showed that the drug has a strong therapeutic effect. It reduced by 37,1 % the frequency of these complications. The drug has a pronounced protection on internal organs. He also showed antihypoxia action, which reduced the enzymatic activity of blood and antioxidant effects, which reduced the severity of lipid peroxidation and increased the levels of the antioxidant system. Erbisol also reduced the severity of leukocytosis and leukocyte counts returned to normal levels. The drug did not alter the phagocytic activity of macrophages, but increased their absorption capacity, restoring the phagocytic figure to the level of normal. For changes of humoral immunity factors Erbisol influenced primarily on the cytokine profile of blood serum of rats.
