The aim of research is the substantiation of the theoretical and methodical principles as well as practical recommendations related to managing organizational innovations at the enterprises of the meat processind branch with respect to up-to-date tendencies. The object of research in the process of managing organizational innovations at the enterprises of Zhytomyr oblast meat- processing branch. Methods of research: statistic and economic, economic and mathematical simulation, integral assessment. Theoretical resuls: the developent of recommendations related to managing organizational innovations at meat-processing branch enterprises. Practical results: solving the problems of managing organizational innovation, identyfying the factors hampressing the innovative activities at meat- processing enterprises, as well as at assessing the efficiency of organizational innovations. Scientific novelty: the author has developed a mechanism of managing organizational innovations, the key element of which is the information system aimed at supporting managerial decisions. This system covers the integral assessment of advantcepcs and expenditures, as well as the substantiation of the financial support whose complimentary effects contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the economic activities of meat-processing branch enterprises. The level of introduction: Departament of the agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration, Polyssya zonal research centre for the productivity of the agroindustrial complex, Chudnivsky Kovbasy, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Efficiency: improving managment of organizational innovations. Sphere of application: central and local bodies of executive power, bodies of local self-management, higer educational establishments, meat-processing branch enterprises.
