The dissertation research deals with the results of a complex study of the specific characteristics of the clinical course, immunological, hemostatic, hormonal and genetic changes of the reproductive system in girls of the pubertal period, with a disturbance of the menstrual cycle, namely, pubertal menorrhagias with underlying pathology of the thyroid gland, a new solution of the scientific – practical problem having been suggested on this basis – raising the efficacy of treating pubertal menorrhagias in girls with concomitant pathology of the thyroid gland. The genetic risk of development of disturbance of menstrual cycle is studied for the girls of the pubertal period, associated with allele of the gene of glycoprotein of GP IIIa.
