The object of study - the process of innovation development of the coal industry in Ukraine. The purpose of research - theoretical basis of guidelines and develop guidelines for improving the machinery of government innovation development of the coal industry. Methods of research - historical , logical, abstract and logical , Economics and Statistics , analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis. The practical significance of these results is that they can be used by students of experts and researchers in the development of the new regulatory framework of an effective mechanism for innovative investment in the development of scientific and technological capacity of the coal industry and the formation of government programs to reform and innovation development coal mining industry , as well as in the educational process of higher education. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time proved that for an innovative development of the coal industry of Ukraine is the most favorable financing venture with mandatory state participation in synchronizing the activities of investors together different forms of ownership. Improved mechanism of state management of innovative development of the coal industry of Ukraine , the funding mechanism of the process of innovation development of the coal industry in Ukraine using venture capital investment sources , ways of using the state of innovation and investment instruments to play and replacement of fixed assets of mining companies , methodical approaches to the modernization of public management innovation in the coal mining industry based on international experience . Further developed methods for formation of a national innovation system, the conceptual framework of management of innovation processes in the coal industry , the definition of characteristics of mining , organizational and legal conditions of operation of mines to determine their impact on the innovative development of the coal industry, the scientific - theoretical understanding and conceptual aspects to identify the specific innovation activity in the coal industry of Ukraine.
