The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of infertility in women who had undergone surgery on the ovaries, through the development and implementation of evidence-based approaches to individual controlled ovulation induction. The proposed measures take into account the hormonal balance and cause of previous surgery. Were found that women with operations on the ovaries have decreased ovarian reserve, accompanied by low concentrations of antimyulerov hormone and free testosterone that must be taking into account when choosing a regimen of controlled ovulation induction. The developed approach has allowed to increase the effectiveness of infertility treatment in women with ovarian surgery in anamnesis for 19,32 %.
