Subject - disturbed lands; aim - the study of the condition of disturbed lands the industrial development of sulphur deposits and cadastral inventory of lands disturbed and the issues of improving the normative monetary assessment of lands; methods - systems analysis, mathematical statistics methods and technologies of soil and geo-botanical surveys, cadastral using GIS; theoretical and practical outcomes - implementation for use by central and territorial executive bodies responsible for land resources management in order to maintain state land register with respect information of disturbed lands and in the course of the development of land and monitoring use projects and calculation of standard pecuniary valuation of disturbed lands; novelty - the method of cadastral inventory of disturbed areas has been developed; established that the basis of cadastral surveys can serve as orthophotos, ensuring the creation of cartographic materials on the scale of 1:5000; substantiated that technological objects for the needs of soil enough to display on the maps and plans on the scale of 1:10000; improvements to methods of normative monetary assessment for calculating the cost of disturbed lands, both as agricultural and non-agricultural lands; implementation of the results - Novoyavorivsk State Mining and Chemical Enterprise "Sulfur"; branch - cadaster and land monitoring.
