Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of method of quality diesel and biodiesel fuels and their blends. Quality of diesel and biodiesel fuels and methods of control has been analyzed, that will allow a comparison of the fuel quality characteristics in accordance with applicable regulations of the EU and ensure quality control of consumption in domestic markets; criteria for evaluating methods for quality control of diesel and biodiesel fuels and their blends at different stages of the life cycle has been proposed. The structure and mathematical model of diesel and biodiesel fuels and their mixtures for quality control has been developed. The method of evaluating the quality of diesel and biodiesel fuels and their mixtures has been developed, which allows us to estimate the values of the quality compromise criteria and to establish categories of quality characteristics based on this and to identify the fuels quality. Different types of vegetable oils by using immittance method, that will determine their characteristics for electrical components, and biodiesel, which can also be identified by type of vegetable oil, has been investigated. The method of determining the percentage of biodiesel fuel in mixed with diesel fuel with active electrical component has been developed, that allows to determine the percentage of biodiesel fuel in mixed with diesel fuel and to prepare project methods of this method. Project of DSTU XXXX: 2013 "Biodiesel fuel. Technical conditions" has been proposed, which regulates the requirements for physical and chemical parameters of biodiesel fuel quality and its safety requirements.
