Savanets L. Transfer of rights for uncertificated securities: civil law aspect.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the legal regulation of the transfer of rights for uncertificated securities. Тhe legal nature of the uncertificated securities, the concept and features of uncertificated securitiesis found out. The differentiation of types of securities that may exist in uncertificated form is done. The genesis of legislation on regulation of issue and circulation of uncertificated securities is investigated. The features of property and non-property rights, which go for uncertificated securities are analysed. Grounds for change of uncertificated securities are considered. The analysis of the transfer of rights for uncertificated securities in the order of succession is done. The features of the transfer of rights for uncertificated securities as a result of contracts of alienation uncertificated securities are investigated. On the basis of the dissertation research the conclusions and suggestions for improving the current legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of legal regulation of the transfer of rights for uncertificated securities are substantiated.
