Zhytarev E. Model regulatory acts in legal sphere

There is comprehensive legal-theoretical research of model regulatory act and its place in legal area is given in the thesis. The system of indication of model regulatory act is established, its classification is given. A difference between model regulatory act and other forms of international law is determined during research of model regulatory act's form, structure and content. It is pointed out that model act may have certain features in different legal systems, but theirs importance is undoubted for processes of unification and harmonization of law. The ways of model acts' implementation to national legal systems are analyzed, the practice of current implementation is considered. The problem of prospects of model regulatory acts' using in legal system of Ukraine gets separate theoretical development.
