Kis A. Forensic assessment of necrotic changes in biological tissues using tetrazolium compounds

The thesis is devoted to improving the effectiveness of diagnostics of lifetime and postmortem traumatic and ischemic injuries applied shortly before and after death on the basis of the development of reliable criteria for forensic diagnostics considering morphological, immunohistochemical indicators. Morphological and immunohistochemical features of soft tissue injury in vivo and on biodummy for determining of lifetime and postmortem soft tissue injury indexes due to blunt trauma and mechanical ischemia using indicator method were set in the experiment. A conceptual scheme of complex laboratory indicator reactions in forensic diagnostics of soft tissue mechanical damage using 1% solution of n-NBT, the reaction mixture 0,1% n-NBT + ?-NAD and RIF (IL-1? and fibronectin) for detecting lifetime and postmortem mechanical damage was proposed. An algorithm of using express - methods for finding lifetime mechanical damage depending on the temperature was developed based on estimation of integral indexes complex.
