Essay

The thesis deals with a scientific study of the electronic juridical act in civil law of Ukraine. The author made a research of scholar papers, legislation and practice on this subject. The author investigated the electronic juridical acts as electronic documents, given the individualization of the parties to juridical act, maintaining the integrity and the invariability of the juridical act, using an electronic signature. The issues of the electronic juridical acts' dynamics in terms of their execution and implementation were illustrated.
