Thesis is devoted to aspects of the development of new mechanisms of the left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH), structural and functional changes of some elastic arterial vessels in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) depending on the ACE (I/D) gene polymorphism and eNOS (T894G). The connection of analyzed genes polymorphism and their haplotypes with different models of LVH, "intimae-media" thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery and abdominal aorta, hemodynamic in non-pair visceral aorta brunches, peripheral hemodynamic in patients with hypertension was established. The plasma levels of total metabolites of nitric oxide, content of angiotensin-converting enzyme, lipid profile, depending on the severity of hypertension, alleles of 2 analyzed genes, their haplotypes and type of LVH geometric patterns were analyzed. Risk-group patients were highlighted. The new molecular genetic pathogenesis chains of LVH and the walls of blood vessels remodeling in hypertensive patients were established
