Zinchenko O. Juridical constructions as means for cognition of legal phenomena.

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of theoretical aspects of juridical constructions as special structural, organizational and functional forms and means, which help to cognize legal phenomena. In the thesis the notion and the essence of the juridical constructions have been substantiated by the author. The notion of 'juridical construction' has been defined as well. The types of juridical constructions have been analyzed. The notion of 'functions of juridical constructions' have been defined in the thesis. In addition to existing functions such functions as: utilitarian and pragmatic, informational, identificatory, abstract and fixative, innovatory, which act as the means for cognition of legal phenomena have been distinguished and characterized.
