The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the effectiveness of law as the most effective regulator of social relations. The paper analyzed the essence of the right perspective on contemporary realities as an effective means of regulating human life activity. The role and importance of each of social control in the determination of the coordinates of space and time. The author notes the need to maintain a certain "smart" balance various social controls of society. Separately covered the relationship of the theoretical model law, which prevails in the society, with justification practicality (for this particular company) functional role of law as a regulator of social relations.
