Bychkov O. Features of clinical course, pathogenesis and treatment of essential hypertension in combination with osteoarthritis

The dissertation is devoted to the optimization of efficiency of treatment for patients with essential hypertension in combination with osteoarthritis, taking into account pathogenetic, clinical and immunological features of disease. It was shown the presence of violations in the immune system already on the first stages of the essential hypertension, which have autoimune character and increase on the measure of progress of disease and depend on the presence of concomitant osteoarthritis. It was investigated the state of system immunity, lipid type, structural and functional indexes of myocardium for patients with essential hypertension in combination with osteoarthritis. It was established that application of the offered complex therapy of essential hypertension in combination with osteoarthritis, achieves special purpose levels of office blood preasure in 79,84% patients, improves indexes of geometry of the left ventricle that shows up diminishing of the phenomena of his hypertrophy and diastolic disfunction, reliable diminishing of expressed of the pain feelings, for VAS in 64,9% patients and to the decline of Leken index in 70,45% patients, normalizations of level of general cholesterol and his factions, proceeding in immunological indexes and diminishing autoimunne displays. The informing methods of estimation of weight of the united pathology and efficiency of its treatment were developed and approved.
