Labyak I. The value of laparoscopy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.

Object - patients with acute appendicitis; purpose - to improve the results of diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with acute appendicitis by selecting the optimal method of laparoscopic appendectomy with the evaluation of its effectiveness on the stages of postoperative rehabilitation; methods - physical examination of patients, laboratory, imaging, rheohepatography, re-orenohraphy, evaluation of the postoperative period, assessment of quality of life, statistics; results - for the first time evaluated intraoperative intra-abdominal pressure, abdominal perfusion pressure gradient in filtration performance of laparo-microscopic appendectomy and found their deviation from that of control due carboxyperytoneum, for the first time estimated hepatorenalna perfusion in the postoperative period when performing laparoscopic appendectomy and found that normalization of blood flow was more dynamic after this surgery; first by the European gastrointestinal quality of life index (GIQLI) assessed the condition of patients with acute appendicitis at the time of discharge from hospital and long-term periods; branch – medicine.
