The thesis is dedicated to the complex pharmacognostic study of biological active substances from the leaves of Tilia cordata Mill., Tilia platyphyllos Scop., Tilia europaea L., Tilia Americana L., Tilia tomentosa Mill. Worked out and standardized the thick extract and polysaccharide complex from the leaves of Tilia cordata Mill. according to the conducted researching. Determined the anti-inflammatory effects and antihistaminic activity for the thick extract and polysaccharide complex respectively.
