The thesis is devoted to problem issues of victimology prevention of crimes committed against persons involved in vagabondage. Definition of a persons who involved in vagabondage. The essence of vagabondage as negative social phenomenon and its influence on crime are determined. Quantitative and qualitative indices of crimes committed against persons involved in vagabondage are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of these crimes commitment the basic trends of their spreading, and causes of their high latency are set up, and determinants of their commitment are cleared up.
