Essay

The dissertation is a clinical work devoted to substantiation of increasing resistance of periodontal tissues in children during alternating occlusion. In a survey of 872 children of 7-10 years (the period of alternating occlusion), the prevalence of chronic catarrhal gingivitis was 30,5±1,55% at the intensity of damage in terms of PMA - 18,06±0,83%, reaching a maximum at age 10 regardless of gender. The course of chronic catarrhal gingivitis occurs against worsening of oral hygiene, oral liquid parameters (increasing the intensity of lipid peroxidation, reduced antioxidant defense, decreased of lysozyme activity and increased activity of urease, that testifies to presence of dysbiosis of the oral cavity), disorders of microcirculation in periodontal tissues accompanied by changes in indicators of rheogram. Been developed and introduced into clinical practice preventive medical complex, the effect of which was assessed at 1, 6 months and 1 year after appointment. The effectiveness of treatment shows improvement of oral hygiene, normalization rate of salivation, prooxidant-antioxidant system, eliminating mineral disbalance, increased activity of lysozyme and reduced urease activity of oral liquid and normalization exponent of dysbiosis, normalization of reoparodontohram. Reduction in terms of PMA to 75.9%.
