Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency and expressiveness degree urogenital frustration at women with leiomyoma of uterus and an internal endometriosis on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology and expressiveness degree urogenital frustration at women with leiomyoma of uterus and an internal endometriosis before and after various volumes and accesses of operative treatment are studied. Necessity of studying urodinamics indicators at patients with leiomyoma of uterus and an internal endometriosis which have the place as is independent, and in a combination is shown. The role of leiomyoma of uterus and an internal endometriosis in development urogenital frustration taking into account a variant of a pathology and degree of defeat of bodies of reproductive system is studied. Principal causes and structure of infringements of a functional condition urogenital ways before and after various volumes of operative treatment are presented. The interrelation between clinical, urodinamics and ephografical changes at patients with leiomyoma of terus and an internal endometriosis which meet independently and in a combination is established. It has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at patients with a studied pathology.
