Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment combinated pathology - hyperplasia of endometrium and good-quality diseases of mammary glands on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological features, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of hyperplastic processes of endometrium in genesise developments of a good-quality pathology of mammary glands is established, and forms of most often meeting diseases are shown. Influence accompanying extragenital is shown a pathology (liver and thyroid gland diseases, an arterial hypertensia and accompanying adiposity) on development of a combination of hyperplastic processes of endometrium and various forms fibrose-cystes mastopatia. The interrelation various combinated genital is shown a pathology in development of various forms fibrozno-kistoznoj mastopatia. The most informative markers of early diagnostics of various forms fibrose-cystes mastopatia with the account endocrinological, ehografical and dopplerometrical parametres are allocated. The received results have allowed to expand available data about патогенезе hyperplastic processes of endometrium and pathologies of mammary glands, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
