Research is dedicated to improving anesthetic tactics in case of surgical treatment of patients with diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. The study assigned study hemodynamic profile and glycemic indexes, speed recovery. Incidence studied the structure and complications in the early postoperative period in various schemes of general anesthesia. Defined macroscopic and functional disorders of the larynx under various types of airway devices and level of postoperative pain in patients with diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, which made endonasal surgery intervention under general anesthesia.
