The object of study - normal (ordinary) psoriasis. The purpose of the study - improving the effectiveness of conventional treatment of patients with psoriasis by developing a comprehensive method of therapy based on the study of the state of the vascular endothelium and the establishment of clinical and pathogenetic significance of its dysfunction. Methods: clinical, immunological, biochemical, instrumental, statistics. The investigation of the vascular endothelium, establishing the role of failures in the pathogenesis and clinical course of ordinary psoriasis develops a method of correction of endothelial dysfunction. Installed vascular endothelial dysfunction by increasing the level of immunoinflammatory biomarkers - interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, vascular endothelial growth factor, mediators of endothelial damage (hyperhomocysteinemia, dyslipidemia). The dependence of the clinical manifestations of psoriasis on the extent of changes in laboratory parameters. Developed a comprehensive method of treatment using tools that improve endothelial function - vitamins with mineral complexes (Сardioace) or statin (rosuvastatin). Results have been implemented in the practice of SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venerology of NAMS of Ukraine", Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv regional dermato-venerological dispensaries, Kharkiv city dermato-venerological dispensary number 4, the learning process and the departments of dermatology and dermatology and HIV/AIDS of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
