Gosudarska I. Ensuring Ecological Safety of Airports in the Conditions of Aircraft Accidents Impact.

The dissertation concerns an actual scientific and technical task is to reduce the aircraft accidents impact on people and an environment in the vicinity of airports. The aircraft accident summary in republics of participants Agreement of civil aviation (including Ukraine) according to phase of flight for 20-year and the factors which have created aircraft accidents during take-off and landings were presented. The location probability density of large aircraft and light aircraft within airport and their distribution from runway end were determined.The method of third party risk assessment was improved, which allows determining individual risk contours and setting acceptable level of risk for people in the vicinity of airports by public safety zone. The method of assessment of damage due to aircraft accident for third party was developed, which allows proving expediency of creation public safety zone in the vicinity of airports.
