The thesis is devoted to the improvement nephroprotection the treatment of cancer patients with cisplatin. This was studied renal function in cancer patients during treatment with cisplatin, evaluated the effectiveness of the scheme performed nephroprotection and pathogenesis reasonably possible ways of improvement. In this previously unknown clarified some stages toxicokinetics platinum after cisplatin and it is shown that the nephrotoxicity of platinum when removed from the body extends to 30 days.
