Research object - process control diversified traffic management under conditions of uncertainty. Objective: to control traffic flows in the system "producers - intermediate centers - customers" under conditions of uncertainty through the development of mathematical and information management multi-index solving nonlinear control problems . Methods: optimal control theory , theoretical probabilistic, linear and nonlinear programming. Theoretical and practical results: development models and methods aimed at solving the problem of managing transportation including bahatoindeksnosti and nonlinearity are implemented at the software level for use in actual problems of flow in the system " suppliers - intermediate centers - consumers". Novelty: development models and methods for solving linear and nonlinear problems bahatoindeksnyh truck under conditions of uncertainty. Degree of implementation : methods to solve practical problems bahatoindeksnyh used in solving a particular problem managing the distribution of electricity flows on the basis of uneven power consumption for pidpyyemstvi LLC "NPP"INTEP" (Kharkiv) , and in solving problems of multivariate rational resource allocation at the Institute of Informatics and Management NAS of Sciences of Ukraine (Kharkiv). Theoretical methods used in the educational process at the Department kom'pyuternoho monitoring and logistics NTU "KPI" in the know "Mathematical Methods of Operations" and "Modelling economic risks".
