Belous A. Clinical and experimental ground of endodontic treatment of apical periodontitis with different clinical course

The object of study - apical periodontitis (AP). The purpose of the study - to improve the effectiveness of treatment with different clinical AP course by clinical and experimental validation of the method of endodontic treatment (ET). Methods of research - experimental , clinical, statistical. Improved model of experimental AP. In the experiment found that the artificially created apical foramen always leads to resorption of the apical part of the root of the tooth, the scientific evidence obtained after the recovery of cement ET of chronic AP. Established that chronic inflammation in periapical tissues is not associated with solid tissue root resorption. Proven in the clinic, that preparation of cement channel (CC) improves long-term outcome ET. It is proved that the occurrence of immediate complications after the preparation of the CC does not affect the long-term results EB after the final filling - is associated with worse long-term outcome of treatment. First proposed a differentiated approach to the selection method and the improved method of tooling CC. Proposed and put into practice by way of providing output in the periapical tissues of drugs after preparation of the CC. Proposed and implemented in the practice of composition, providing an antimicrobial effect on the anaerobic flora and stimulates reparative processes in the periodontium. Results have been implemented in 6 medical institutions of Ukraine, and the main provisions of which are incorporated into the program of lectures and workshops in 4 university medical institutions in Ukraine.
