Object - uterine fibroids (UF) in women of reproductive age; purpose - to improve the results of surgical treatment of organ reproductive age women patients with UF by saving and restoring basic reproductive capacity in the remote postoperative period; methods - clinical, clinical and laboratory, functional, operational, morphological and morphometric, statistics, results - the first time the features of the reproductive function of women who have had organ surgery about UF in four regions of Ukraine; improved blood flow estimation algorithm fibroid nodes; depending on their type and localization based and algorithm choice prompt access; optimal space and type uterotomy women with UF, evaluated and systematized information and advice on the use of performance indicators ultrasound with color doppler-metrical mapping in women with UF for both the choice of treatment in general and on methods of organ surgical treatment, it is proved that the proposed algorithm surgical treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications in the early postoperative period and distant, and improve reproductive performance and impact; proven relationship tubal-peritoneal infertility factors of myomectomy technique through studies of the uterine cavity and tubal patency in women in the postoperative period; branch – medicine.
