Shapkin I. Criminal Liability for Creation of Stable Criminal Associations

The thesis is aimed at the analysis of the issues of criminal liability for the creation of stable criminal associations. Reasons for criminalization of acts, liability for committing of which is included in Art. 255, 257, 2583, 260, 446 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are analyzed. The issues of liability and conditions for exemption from criminal liability for committing the analyzed crimes are scrutinized. Taking into account the results of the research, the author points at the drawbacks of Art. 255, 257, 258-3, 260, 446 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and suggests corresponding legislative changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
